Delivery Information
All orders will be delivered through Courier Services to the shipping address indicated by you. Orders are shipped on business days ONLY (Monday – Saturday only, excluding Malaysia National Holidays). All batteries ship by courier will be packing with BATTERYPLUS in-house build wooden crates to ensure safe during delivery by courier. No installation provided for all battery ship out by courier , grab or lalamove.
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 5 working days after order verification and credit approval. Please provide the CORRECT shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a VALID phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.
What is the shipping rates?
Starting with as low as at RM 11.00, regardless of the destination. In fact, partial of shipping charges are backing by BATTERYPLUS in order to continue provide lowest shipping charges.
*Orders are shipped within West Malaysia only due to dangerous goods cannot ship to East Malaysia.*
Installation Information
For under our covered area we will provide free installation & delivery services. Order before 4pm we will arrange come install within same day. Kindly refer to location below :
